Follow these directions for use: Consume 1-2 capsules daily, begin 2 weeks before sun exposure and continue 2 weeks after.
The ingredients that make up our capsules include: safflower seed oil (Carthamus tinctorius - 628 mg), ascorbic acid (Vitamin C - 160 mg, 200% of the reference intakes), selenized yeast (Selenium - 100 µg, 182% reference intakes), and d-alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E - 24 mg, 200% of the reference intakes). The other ingredients include: astaxanthin 4 mg (Haematococcus pluvialis seaweed extract), Dunaliella salina seaweed extract (16 mg of which Beta-carotene 4.8 mg, Vitamin A equivalent 800 µg, 100% of reference intakes) , and copper sulphate (300 µg, 30% of the reference intakes). The capsule shell is made of fish gelatin, glycerol and iron oxide dye, while the thickener is beeswax and the emulsifier is sunflower lecithin.
