Presentation

AMI 200 from Dives Med is a next-generation injectable tissue modulator designed for intensive revitalization and structural support of skin showing signs of aging. While conventional hyaluronic acid is limited to hydration, AMI 200 works deep within the skin's structure: it stimulates fibroblast activity and reprograms the extracellular matrix for lasting reconstruction. Presented in a 5 ml vial, it is intended for skin that has lost firmness, tone, and density.

Composition and technical attributes

The strength of AMI 200 lies in the synergy of three asset classes:

• Hyaluronic acid fragments (HAF), 20 to 38 monomers : this fragmentary and low molecular weight form interacts with the CD-44 receptor of fibroblasts to stimulate their proliferation, migration and the synthesis of new collagen fibers (mainly type III) as well as glycosaminoglycans.
• Collagen precursor amino acid complex : serine, alanine, cysteine, lysine, proline and glycine provide the protein building blocks necessary for the reconstruction of supporting tissue.
• Choline (precursor of acetylcholine) : it acts on muscle tension and skin firmness, providing the lifting dimension that characterizes the product.

Indications

AMI 200 is indicated for the treatment of wrinkles, loss of firmness and tone, as well as the overall improvement of skin quality and structure. It is suitable for mature, dehydrated skin or skin with loss of density, on the face, neck and décolleté.

Instructions for use

After cleansing, applying anesthetic, and disinfecting, withdraw 5 ml of AMI 200 using an 18G/19G needle. Perform intradermal micro-injections (approximately 2-3 mm deep, up to 0.05 ml per injection point) using a 32G/4 mm or 30G/13 mm needle, evenly across the entire area. Gently massage to distribute the product, then disinfect. Recommended protocol: a course of 4 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart (every 30 days). For use by authorized healthcare professionals only.
