Juvelook 50 mg: the hybrid collagen inducer PDLLA + hyaluronic acid

Juvelook is a Class III injectable medical device designed to treat skin aging at its source by stimulating collagen from within. Its hybrid technology combines poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) and free hyaluronic acid to provide both immediate improvement in skin quality and long-lasting, progressive regeneration.

Composition and characteristics

Each 50 mg vial contains 42.5 mg of PDLLA and 7.5 mg of free hyaluronic acid. The spherical, porous PDLLA microparticles, calibrated between 20 and 40 µm, are injected into the deep dermis where they trigger a dual action: stimulation of collagen (types I and III) and elastin production, and protection of existing collagen. These particles are biodegradable, have a high safety profile, and excellent tissue tolerance.

Indications

Juvelook is designed for patients with mild skin aging and altered skin quality. It is particularly suitable for delicate areas: the eye contour (tear groove, lower eyelid) and facial mesotherapy. It addresses fine lines, enlarged pores, atrophic acne scars, uneven skin tone, and loss of radiance.

Instructions for use

Reconstitute the vial with saline solution or water for injection (6 cc dilution). Vortex at least 30 minutes before injection, or 24 hours beforehand at room temperature. Inject into the deep dermis using a 30-32G, 4 mm needle or a 25-27G, 50 mm cannula for the lower eyelid, then massage firmly for 1 to 2 minutes. Protocol: 3 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, maintenance every 1 to 1.5 years. For healthcare professionals only.
