Preamble
HMD DISTRIBUTION, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 801 260 175, with its registered office at 4 Boulevard des Sablons, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, is the owner of the website Hyaluronicfillermarket.com, hereinafter referred to as (SIH).
General Provisions
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) define the entirety of the obligations of the parties. By placing any order on the SIH, the customer is deemed to accept, without reservation, all the provisions set out in these GTC.
HMD DISTRIBUTION reserves the right to modify and/or supplement the GTC at any time. The applicable terms and conditions of sale are those in force on the day of the order. The customer may save and/or print these GTC.
Order
Contractual information is considered as proof of the transactions. The order may be refused in cases of unavailable products, payment refusal, suspected fraud, large product volumes, or abuse of the right of withdrawal.
Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and subject to stock availability. The prices displayed on the SIH are authentic.
Payment Method
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods vary and may evolve over time.
Delivery
HMD DISTRIBUTION undertakes to deliver the products ordered to the specified delivery address. Any delivery anomalies must be reported with precise detail.
Incoterm EXW – Sales Outside Europe: For any sale outside the European territory, products are sold under the EXW (Ex Works) Incoterm. To facilitate the procedure, the Seller may arrange transport of the goods out of its premises by appointing an EXW carrier, acting explicitly on behalf of and for the account of the Customer. By accepting these GTC, the Customer acknowledges that the carrier acts under the Customer’s sole responsibility and that the Seller is released from all liability once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
Choice of Carrier by the Customer: The Customer is free to appoint a carrier of their choice to collect the goods from our premises. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform the Seller of this decision and to provide all necessary information to organize the collection of the goods in a timely manner before the scheduled collection date.
Responsibilities During Transport: The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the appointed carrier complies with appropriate transport conditions and relevant regulations applicable to the goods being transported. Under no circumstances can the Seller be held liable for damage, loss, or delays that may occur after the products have been handed over to the carrier designated by the Customer.
Liability Limitations
HMD DISTRIBUTION is not the producer of the products sold. In the event of a product defect, only the producer’s liability may be engaged.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a 14 working-day withdrawal period from the delivery date of the order.
Personal Data
Personal information collected is used for order management and business relationships.
Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by French law.
Discounts
Promotions may affect delivery times and the availability of returns.
