Teosyal® PureSense Kiss is a viscoelastic gel of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, sterile, non-pyrogenic, transparent, of non-animal origin, containing 0.3% by mass of lidocaine hydrochloride, for its anesthetic properties.
Each box contains two pre-filled syringes of Teosyal PureSense Kiss. For each syringe, the box contains two 27G1/2” sterile needles and two traceability labels (one to be given to the patient, and one label to be kept by the doctor in the patient file).
Lidocaine is a local anesthetic intended to reduce pain sensation.
The volume of each syringe is indicated on the case as well as on each syringe.

Teosyal Kiss is injected into the mucosa for the treatment of the lips and into the deep dermis for the correction of cutaneous depression. PureSense thus creates a volume that fills in wrinkles and restores the volume of the lips. Teosyal PureSense Kiss is biodegradable and slowly absorbs over time. Depending on the depth of the wrinkles and/or the volume of the lips to be treated, generally one to three treatment sessions are necessary to obtain an optimal level of correction.
Periodic touch-up sessions then make it possible to maintain the desired level of correction.
Depending on the area treated and the injection technique used, the sensitivity during the injection may be different and vary from one person to another.

Please note, the injection of Teosyal PureSense requires a medical procedure which can only be performed by a doctor (doctor specializing in dermo-aesthetics, dermatologist, plastic surgeon).
Teosyal Puresense Kiss is to be injected into the deep dermis (labial mucosa). This product is used with a needle or a cannula in the medium to deep dermis or with a Hyaluron Pen. (Accessories available on our shop, the needle is included in the box)
The injection is done subcutaneously or pre-periosteally.
Before starting the treatment, it is necessary to ask the patient about his medical history, to inform him of the foreseeable results of the treatment, and of its potential undesirable effects.
Thoroughly disinfect the areas to be corrected. It is recommended to inject using the needles provided in the box. Teosyal® PureSense Kiss is injected slowly into the deep dermis for wrinkle correction or into the mucosa for lip treatment, using the linear tracing injection technique.
If the injection is made too deep, that is to say in the subcutaneous tissue, the correction will not have the expected durability. An injection that is too deep can be recognized by the fact that the subcutaneous tissue offers no resistance during the injection of the product, unlike the dermis. If you can see the color of the needle under the skin during the injection, it means that this injection is too superficial.
It should be avoided because the result of the correction could be irregular. The volume to be injected depends on the corrections to be made. However, it is recommended not to exceed 2 ml per session.
It is important not to overcorrect.
Thoroughly massage the treated areas to ensure even distribution of the product in the corrected areas.
