Gynefam Supra is a food supplement dedicated to pregnant women, designed to meet their specific nutritional needs. Containing an optimal dose of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, it ensures a healthy pregnancy. Among its components, we find vitamin B9, which in an innovative active form (Quatrefolic®) helps to reduce the risk of fetal malformations. Gynefam Supra also contains vitamin B12 for normal energy metabolism and vitamin D in accordance with the recommendations of the National Academy of Medicine. Iodine, essential for the proper functioning of the thyroid, is also present in optimal quantities. One capsule daily with a meal ensures adequate supplementation throughout pregnancy.
Gynéfam® SUPRA has been designed to specifically meet the nutritional needs of women throughout their pregnancy. A daily dose provides essential vitamins, trace elements and minerals to help ensure a healthy pregnancy.
This dietary supplement contains vitamin B9, also known as folic acid or folate. Its presence is in an innovative form: Quatrefolic®. This active form of folic acid allows adequate folate supplementation for more women. Improving maternal folic status with folic acid can help reduce the risk of neural tube defects in the fetus. To obtain this benefit, a daily consumption of 400 μg of folic acid is recommended, from one month before conception and up to three months after.
Gynefam® SUPRA also contains vitamin B12, which contributes to normal energy metabolism. The combination of this vitamin with vitamin B9 helps maintain normal homocysteine metabolism.
Vitamin D is also present in this product, up to the daily dose recommended by the National Academy of Medicine, i.e. 800UI/d from the start of your pregnancy.
Iodine is another element present, contributing to the normal production of thyroid hormones and the proper functioning of the thyroid. Gynéfam® SUPRA offers you the daily dose of iodine recommended by ANSES for pregnant women, ie 200µg from the start of pregnancy.
To take full advantage of its benefits, consume one capsule daily with a meal. It is recommended to use it throughout your pregnancy.
