LA PHARMACIE SAINT DENIS, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 507 573 186 and whose address is 28 rue Saint Denis 92700 Colombes – France, is the owner of the website Hyaluronicfillermarket.com, hereinafter referred to as ( SIH).
Generality
These general conditions of sale (CGV) set out the entire obligations of the parties. The customer is deemed to accept without reservation all of the provisions provided for in these General Terms and Conditions by any order placed on the SIH.
LA PHARMACIE SAINT DENIS reserves the right to modify and/or supplement the General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable general conditions of sale are those in force on the day of the order. The customer has the option of saving and/or printing these General Terms and Conditions.
Order
Contractual information is considered evidence of transactions. The order may be refused in the event of unavailable products, refusal of payment, suspicion of fraud, large volume of products or abuse of the right of withdrawal.
Products
The products are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, and while stocks last. The prices displayed on the SIH are authentic.
Payment method
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The payment methods accepted are various and are subject to change.
Delivery
LA PHARMACIE SAINT DENIS undertakes to deliver the products ordered to the delivery address indicated. Delivery anomalies must be notified precisely.
Incoterm EXW - Sales outside Europe: For any sale outside European territory, the products are sold according to Incoterm EXW (Ex Works). The Seller may, to facilitate the process, organize the transport of the goods outside its premises by appointing an EXW carrier, acting explicitly in the name and on behalf of the Customer. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer acknowledges that the carrier acts under his exclusive responsibility and that the Seller is released from all liability once the goods have been handed over to the carrier. Choice of carrier by the Customer: The Customer has the freedom to appoint a carrier of his choice to collect the goods from our premises. It is the Customer's responsibility to inform the Seller of this decision and to provide all details necessary to arrange collection of the goods in an appropriate time frame before the scheduled collection date. 9.4. Responsibilities during transport: The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the commissioned carrier complies with the appropriate conditions of transport and regulations applicable to the transport of the goods concerned. The Seller will under no circumstances be responsible for damage, loss or delays which may occur after delivery of the products to the carrier designated by the Customer.
Limits of liability
LA PHARMACIE SAINT DENIS is not the producer of the products sold. In the event of a product defect, liability can only be incurred by the producer.
Right to retract
The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from delivery of the order.
Personal data
The personal information collected is used for order management and commercial relations.
Applicable right
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
Discounts
Promotions may affect delivery times and availability of returns.
