Delivery
HMD DISTRIBUTION undertakes, upon confirmation of shipment of the order sent in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, to deliver the products ordered to the delivery address indicated when ordering.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, product missing compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be noted upon delivery and after opening the package in front of the carrier and must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reservations", accompanied by the customer's signature.
Delivery is made by parcel, by post or through a transport company mandated by us. In the event that, however, we are unable to meet the announced delivery time, for whatever reason, LA PHARMACIE SAINT DENIS will reimburse the order no later than 1 month following the order date.
Delivery times are generally between 2 and 10 working days. You will not be able to claim any damages resulting from the absence of delivery within the expected time.
You will be informed of any delivery restrictions/constraints at the latest at the start of the ordering process.
Any complaints relating to a delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in nature or quality compared to the information appearing on the order form must be notified to HMD DISTRIBUTION (see contact details indicated in the introduction to these General Terms and Conditions or via email: sales@hyaluronicfillermarket.com) within 2 working days of receipt of the products, failing which the right to complain will cease to be acquired.
Right of withdrawal and return
You have the right to withdraw or return your order within 14 working days to return, at your own expense, the products that do not suit you.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a declaration to HMD DISTRIBUTION (see contact details indicated in the introduction to these T&Cs or via an email: sales@hyaluronicfillermarket.com).
To benefit from the right of withdrawal and return, the products must not have been opened, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged.
We also remind you that class 3 medical devices cannot be returned or refunded.
In the event of your withdrawal from these terms and conditions, we will reimburse you the amount paid when you placed your order within a maximum period of one month. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties on another means of payment. Incoterm EXW - Sales outside Europe: For any sale outside European territory, the products are sold according to the Incoterm EXW (Ex Works). Under this Incoterm, the Seller is not responsible for the procedures related to export, nor for penalties, taxes, customs fees or other associated costs. The Seller may, to facilitate the process, organize the transport of the goods outside its premises by appointing a carrier in EXW, acting explicitly in the name and on behalf of the Customer. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer acknowledges that the carrier acts under its exclusive responsibility and that, due to the Incoterm EXW, the Seller is released from all liability once the goods have been handed over to the carrier. Customer's choice of carrier: The Customer is free to appoint a carrier of its choice for the collection of the goods from our premises. It is the Customer's responsibility to inform the Seller of this decision and to provide all necessary details for the arrangement of the collection of the goods in good time before the scheduled collection date. Responsibilities during transport: The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the appointed carrier complies with the appropriate conditions of carriage and the regulations applicable to the carriage of the goods concerned. Under the Incoterm EXW, the Seller is not liable for any damage, loss or delay occurring after the delivery of the products to the carrier designated by the Customer, nor for any additional costs such as customs duties, taxes or penalties that may be imposed after such delivery.
